On the day he died it was a normal day
Nothing unusual, no clouds of grey
The sun did shine in a bright blue sky
Birds on the thermals were lifted up high
Flowers swayed gently in the delicate breeze
Dancing to songs of the visiting bees
Waves applauded loudly as they rolled to the sand
Saluting a lifetime so perfectly planned
A day of beauty... A day so bright
A day filled with sunshine and heavenly light
A day that was chosen by the god in his heart
A day not of ending... But a new day to start
